Position Overview

This support role manages sales leads, customer data integrity, and after-sales coordination to help achieve annual sales targets while serving as an escalation point and ensuring accurate CRM records in a fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities

· Acting as escalation support for sales-related customer and internal issues while coordinating material and service delivery.

· Managing all sales leads in partnership with marketing, verifying qualified opportunities, and generating performance reports.

· Maintaining high-quality customer data by validating accounts, contacts, territories, and market assignments in the CRM.

· Monitoring customer activity for retention signals and providing early-warning notifications on disengagement.

· Using Excel, CRM, and business analytics tools to aggregate data, create graphs, and support decision-making.

· Delivering clear written and verbal communication while collaborating across teams without direct authority.

Position Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field. Minimum 3 years in sales or customer-facing roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and CRM systems. Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills. Up to 10% travel possible.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
