Sales Administrator
We are looking for an organized, energetic, and customer-focused Sales
Administration to support our sales team and defense business operations. This is a
hands-on role with variety — spanning order processing, customer communication,
trade show participation, and market research. The ideal candidate is a multitasker who
takes initiative and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Sales & Customer Support
 Prepare quotes and process customer orders from start to finish
 Pack and ship orders accurately and on time
 Provide customer support, including warranty follow-up and issue resolution
 Conduct proactive follow-ups with customers on quotes, open sales, and trade
show leads
Trade Show & Field Support
 Coordinate and participate in trade show setup and on-site support (Occasional
travel required)
Office & Administrative Support
 Maintain product flyers and other product sheets
 Handle general office tasks including filing and tax-exempt form processing
 Assist with shopping cart management and inventory counts
Research & Market Support
 General market research
 Monitor and report on anti-counterfeit activity on eBay and Amazon
 Assist with social media content and engagement
What We’re Looking For:
 3+ years of experience in sales support, operations, or administrative roles
 Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 High degree of accuracy and precision in all work
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office; databases or e-commerce platform experience a plus
 Willingness to travel for trade shows and field events
 Self-starter who can manage competing priorities independently
 Associate or bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
 Must be a U.S. Person due to ITAR requirements.
